Friendship

The bond we share is rare to find ,
It’s a friendship of the rarest kind.

Together we have laughed, so have we cried,
We share the other’s pain from the inside.
The darkest of our secrets are open to the other,
The deepest recesses of our hearts, meant for one another.

And one day, we shall part, we shall be sad,
And so, we’ll look back on our crazy memories and be glad.
The miles between us can’t keep us apart,
Because we will keep each other close at heart.
Life goes on, and people change,
And through it all, our friendship shall be the same.
